Goodwood Revival 2013 Live Stream
Our usual Revival plans have been scuppered slightly this year, meaning the SuperNinety team is going to tag-team the three days. So we are massively grateful that Goodwood are for the first time providing a live stream of the entire weekend's track activity. You can find it here.
Sitting Pretty
Went down to the garage to prep the car for the run up to Silverstone Classic in the morning. This is the first time I've had a chance to grab a pic since we got the ride height sorted, having recently tweaked the front down lower, and all the geometry set-up properly.
Festival of Speed From Another Angle
When we go to an event like the Goodwood Festival of Speed, we're conscious that not only are there hundreds of professional photographers there covering the event and the cars, but every second person is wielding a camera of some sort. It makes us look for a different angle on things, a funny moment, an odd composition, stuff that maybe some people might not notice.
3.2 Engine Teardown
I found this superb stop-motion film via Bob Tilton's excellent WerkCrew blog. It documents Matthias Höing of Höing Sportmotoren tearing down a Porsche Carrera 3.2 motor. Beautifully made film.
NSRA Billing Hot Rod Show
As usual we took stacks of photos that we need to go through, so these are a little taster to set the scene.
Stanford Hall (1 of 2)
More pictures from Stanford Hall VW show. The Porsche 912 Register display won the best club display award, with what is believed to be the largest gathering of 912s for many years (12 in total I think). It was a good day, great to catch up with friends and all that jazz.
